This is a 80s pastel unicorn perspex brooch designed by Plexi Shock.

We love 80′ & pastel unicorns and we are proud to portray them on plexiglas, which is the material we like.

It has been hard to produce this pastel brooch: entire days passed studying the best way to find a balance between style, shape and dimensions.

We are satisfied with the result, especially with the black glitter version!

Although the flamingos are fashionable, we have always liked it. And we’ve collected it in any form, though our desire was to have one with us.

Moving a flamingo on a jewel is not a simple thing. There are many reasons why things are so: first of all there are thousands of flamingos. There are thousands of jewels all alike. And just a flamingo did not look like that. So our first effort was to make us produce specific colors the more like our fairy tale. And the second thing was to apply a flamingo imagination to a beautiful heavenly base that is our proof of a parallel pop world. Plus we like the bushes and the pawls of the flamingo are usually ugly to see on jewels, or too fragile: what better thing to apply the color under these fragile legs, hiding them like a 2d picture.

This is an acrylic thumb up brooch!

The thumbs up or the low thumb are fundamental symbols of these odd times.

They point out better than any other word a mental state. The way we feel when we are ok or when we’re sick.

Plexi Shock has been pleased to offer this extraordinary way of communicating, simple and immediate, with an extraordinary piece of ultra modern, urban and contemporary, postmodern and artistic brooch.

This is a whole hand with the polloce down or toward the other. You can position it yourself. If you’re sick, you put your brow with your thumb down. Have you ever seen flying saucers?

I do. One night, years ago.

The UfO plexiglass spaceship was exactly like this brooch. Metallic gray and yellow. With a large blue ray coming out from below.

Hence, the rest is fiction.
These are UFOs who like to catch cows. They are carnivorous aliens.

VOLCANO is the name of this volcano plexiglass explosion brooch designed by Plexi Shock.

I lived for years in Naples, in the shadow of Vesuvius. I have seen for years the presence of this volcano still active in front of me and today that I live in Rome I have exorcised this ancestral fear with a very funny brooch.

The brooch is the representation of a volcano, or rather a volcanic island in explosion with a cloud of fumes and lava. A meadow and the sea below.

It is a very funny and irreverent jewel in the wake of the particular materials of Plexi Shock.
